Skyping with my sister

My sister lives in Ontario and I am in Alberta. Being away from home get hard at times, but thankfully we have Skype where we can chat, laugh and see each other. Here is our first of 12 sessions.

Skating

My boyfriend decided he wanted to buy new skates and while he was trying on new skates I decided to check out a pair for me. I was lucky enough to get a youth pair which was even cheaper :)

Ken and I have been out skating twice. This is a picture of us out skating on Christmas Eve.

Why am I doing this...

So here it goes,
My boyfriend works out of town throughout the week and every other weekend. You can just imagine how lonely I get. Thank goodness I have my parents and sister as my favourite five...and I must admit that I complain about how lonely and bored I am. My sister suggested that I complete a 101 list to keep me busy and grow as an individual. Shouldn't little sisters always take advice from their older sisters?? You can see that I did and now I'm on my way to completing 101 things in 1001 days. I'm pretty stoked and I hope that I can stick with it! Wish me luck!
